1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and services of Air Pro Cooling Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Air Pro Cooling Service's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Booking & Service Terms

• Bookings must be made through phone, WhatsApp, or the website form
• Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic location
• Standard service hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
• Emergency services may incur additional charges on public holidays
• Customer must provide accurate address and contact information
• No-shows may result in cancellation charges

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment can be made in cash or through digital payment methods
• Invoices will be provided after service completion
• Additional charges may apply for extra services as discussed at the time of booking
• Gas refill price is currently ₹3,300 (subject to market changes)

5. Warranty & Liability

• All services include workmanship guarantee as mentioned with each service
• Gas refill includes 3-month warranty against leakage
• Customer is responsible for AC unit maintenance between services
• Company is not liable for damage caused by improper use or third-party repairs

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Bookings cancelled 24 hours before service are eligible for full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation charge of ₹299
• No refunds for services already rendered
• Rescheduling is free if done 24 hours in advance

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Air Pro Cooling Service be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services, even if Air Pro Cooling Service or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Revisions

Air Pro Cooling Service may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.
